The first inaugural installation of the ShipDocs system, a revolutionary tool facilitating the management of port and customs documentation, took place on the board of the Horyzont II ship, in February 2024 . The main goal of the implementation is to test the software in real conditions by the crew of the university ship.

Transition Technologies-Software Sp. z o.o. (TTSW) and Gdynia Maritime University (GMU) have signed a partnership agreement, opening up new opportunities for cooperation.

On the second day of Baltexpo 2023, TTSW presented the "Integrated ShipDocs software" for managing ship-shore documentation, reporting, and logbooks. Captain Jerzy Najmoła and Aleksandra Zajączkowska led the session, showcasing the software's practical applications and robust capabilities, drawing positive reception and active participation from attendees.

TTSW took part in Baltexpo 2023 in Gdańsk with its product ShipDocs. The product drew significant interest, attracting customers and business partners, and offering collaboration opportunities and innovation in the maritime sector.
