Maritime industry faces a lot of challenges, but one issue that continues to plague the sector is the burden of paperwork. Despite numerous initiatives aimed at digitizing processes, the industry still struggles with paper-heavy documentation requirements.  

One of the most significant challenges that maritime professionals are currently facing is the increasing burden of paperwork. To address these challenges, shipowners are turning more and more to digital solutions.

Representatives of Transition Technologies-Software Sp. z o.o. took part in the GDYNIA I-DAYS industry conference, where they had the opportunity to share their perspective on current business and technological challenges, as well as establish valuable contacts.

In the spring of 2024, we had the pleasure of conducting professional training in the use of our innovative application for the shipowner's office - ShipDocs Fleet. The training was held remotely, and its purpose was to introduce employees to the effective use of new tools for managing data from the decks of ships and secure communication with the crew.

With ShipDocs software on board, Dar Mlodziezy embarks on a two-month training cruise, covering a number of ports from Gdynia, through Algeciras, Antwerp and Shetland, to Hamburg.
